In Tuesday's league battle, the host Armijo Royals volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Wood Wildcats.
The Royals (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Vacaville (Vacaville, CA). The Bulldogs come into the Monticello Empire League battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Vacaville achieved victory over Vanden (Fairfield, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Wildcats clash with the Vacaville Christian Falcons (Vacaville, CA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, September 7. Wood will attempt to advance on its 0-7 season record. The Falcons come into the battle with a 2-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Woodland Christian (Woodland, CA).
