The Bishop Ward Cyclones held off the host Turner Golden Bears volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Cyclones now have a 4-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cair Paravel for a Kaw Valley test on Tuesday, September 13.
The Golden Bears (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Lansing (Lansing, KS). The Lions enter the non-league test with a 1-1 record.
