The Polar Bears now have a 9-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Abbott for a non-league test on Friday, September 9.

The Lions (5-12) will now prepare for their test against Rice (Rice, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 3A Region III District 18 test with a 9-12 record. In their last test, Rice was knocked off by Hubbard (Hubbard, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
