The Minor Tigers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Dora Bulldogs to 2 in the Tigers non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Tigers now have a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Homewood for a 6A Area 9 game on Thursday, September 8. Minor will confront a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Hoover (Hoover, AL). The Patriots record now stands at 4-9.

The Bulldogs (5-3) will now prepare for their game against Fultondale (Birmingham, AL). The Wildcats enter the 4A Area 8 game with a 0-5 record. In their last game, Fultondale was nudged by Corner (Warrior, AL), 3-0, in a non-league game.
