North Carolina High School Volleyball - North Mecklenburg overwhelmed by Mallard Creek

September 6, 2022: Huntersville, NC 28078

The North Mecklenburg Vikings volleyball team (Huntersville, NC), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Mallard Creek Mavericks (Charlotte, NC)

The Mavericks (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Sun Valley (Monroe, NC). The Spartans come into the non-league challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, Sun Valley defeated Union Academy (Monroe, NC), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Vikings encounter the Halifax County Comets (South Boston, VA) in a Piedmont challenge, on Tuesday, September 6. North Mecklenburg will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Comets come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 3-1 league loss to Magna Vista (Ridgeway, VA).
