The Rock Church Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Suffolk Christian Academy Knights to 1 in the Lions league victory on Tuesday.
The Lions now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Victory Christian for a NCCAA 1A North game on Friday, September 9. Rock Church will meet a Eagles team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Great Hope Baptist (Chesapeake, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 4-2.
The Knights (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Hampton Christian Academy (Hampton, VA). The Warriors enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Hampton Christian Academy dropped by Summit Christian Academy (Yorktown, VA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
