Maryland High School Volleyball - Tuscarora can't hold off Walkersville

In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Walkersville Lions volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Tuscarora Titans.
The Lions (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Linganore (Frederick, MD). The Lancers come into the MVAL - Piedmont battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Linganore was edged by Westminster (Westminster, MD), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Titans clash with the Middletown Knights (Middletown, MD) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, September 8. Tuscarora will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Knights come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Urbana (Ijamsville, MD).
