The Mountain View Spartans volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Gunn Titans to 0 in the Spartans league victory on Wednesday.
The Spartans now have a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilcox for a non-league game on Saturday, September 9. Mountain View will meet a Chargers team coming off a 2-0 league win over Saratoga (Saratoga, CA). The Chargers record now stands at 1-6.
The Titans (5-1) will now prepare for their game against Salinas (Salinas, CA). The Cowboys enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Salinas dropped by Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA), 2-1, in a non-league game.
