Nevada High School Volleyball - Pershing County over Coral Academy of Science - Reno

Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Coral Academy of Science - Reno Falcons (Reno, NV), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Mustangs clash with the Sierra Lutheran Falcons (Carson City, NV) in a 2A Northern match, on Friday, September 8. Pershing County will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Falcons come into the match with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Incline (Incline Village, NV).

With the loss, Coral Academy of Science - Reno drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV) to clash with the Nighthawks in a 2A Northern match on Friday, September 8. The Nighthawks come into the match with a record of 1-5. Silver Stage lost 3-0 in their recent league match against North Tahoe (Tahoe City, CA)
