North Carolina High School Volleyball - Hoke County over Lee County

Hoke County Bucks (Raeford, NC) backers left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Lee County Yellow Jackets (Sanford, NC), 3-1 in a league match.

Next up, the Bucks battle the Southern Lee Cavaliers (Sanford, NC) in a Sandhills 3A/4A match, on Thursday, September 7. Hoke County will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Cavaliers come into the match with a 2-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC).

With the loss, Lee County drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Yellow jackets travel to Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC) to battle the Patriots in a Sandhills 3A/4A match on Thursday, September 7. The Patriots come into the match with a record of 5-5. Pinecrest lost 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Cape Fear (Fayetteville, NC)
