The Monsignor Donovan Catholic Rams topped the visiting John Hancock Academy Rebels volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's league test.
The Rams now have a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clarke Central for a non-league test on Thursday, September 7. Monsignor Donovan Catholic will confront a Gladiators team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Oconee County (Watkinsville, GA). The Gladiators record now stands at 8-7.
The Rebels (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Monsignor Donovan Catholic (Athens, GA). The Rams enter the GIAA 4AA test with a 3-7 record. In their last test, Monsignor Donovan Catholic gained a win over Cedar Shoals (Athens, GA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
