Texas High School Football - Refugio trounces London

September 6, 2024: Refugio, TX 78377

In Friday's non-league match, the host Refugio Bobcats football squad scored a decisive 64-7 triumph over the London Pirates.

The Bobcats (2-0) will now prepare for their match against Edna (Edna, TX). The Cowboys come into the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Edna routed Bay City (Bay City, TX), 35-7, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Pirates confront the Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees (Corpus Christi, TX) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 12. London will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Warriors & Cherokees come into the match with a 2-0 record after their 55-29 non-league win over Ray (Corpus Christi, TX).
