In Friday's league outing, the visiting Windsor Yellowjackets soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 win over the Green Mountain Chieftains.

The Yellowjackets (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Rivendell Academy (Orford, NH). The enter the SVL-C outing with a 2-0 record. In their last outing, Rivendell Academy tipped South Royalton (South Royalton, VT), 6-3, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Chieftains confront the Leland & Gray Rebels (Townshend, VT) in a SVL-C outing, on Friday, September 13. Green Mountain will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Rebels enter the outing with a 2-2 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Arlington Memorial (Arlington, VT).
