In Friday's non-league outing, the host Pope Francis Prep Cardinals soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 win over the Pittsfield Generals.
The Cardinals (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Chicopee Comp (Chicopee, MA). The Colts enter the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Chicopee Comp tipped Wahconah Regional (Dalton, MA), 4-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Generals confront the Hampshire Regional Raiders (Westhampton, MA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, September 9. Pittsfield will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
