The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Quarry Lane (Dublin, CA). The Cougars enter the Bay Area Independent Athletic League battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Quarry Lane was edged by Redwood Christian (San Lorenzo, CA), 1-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Falcon confront the Summit Tamalpais Timberwolves (Richmond, CA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 9. Averroes will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
