Arizona High School Volleyball - Perry over Desert Vista

The Perry Pumas volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Desert Vista Thunder to 0 in the Pumas non-league triumph on Friday.

The Pumas now possess a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Liberty for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 10. Perry will play a Lions team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Maryvale (Phoenix, AZ). The Lions record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Desert Vista drops to 8-6 on the campaign. The Thunder travel to Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ) to play the Mountain Lions in a non-league outing on Friday, September 6. The Mountain Lions come into the outing with a record of 1-1. Red Mountain won 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Cibola (Yuma, AZ)
