The Pilgrim Patriots volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting West Warwick Wizards to 1 in the Patriots league triumph on Friday.
The Patriots now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to North Smithfield for a Division 2 outing on Monday, September 9. Pilgrim will play a Northmen team coming off a 3-2 league win over Lincoln (Lincoln, RI). The Northmen record now stands at 2-0.
With the loss, West Warwick drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Wizards travel to Middletown (Middletown, RI) to play the Islanders in a Division 2 outing on Wednesday, September 11. The Islanders come into the outing with a record of 2-1.
