With the win, William Floyd improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Colonials travel to Patchogue-Medford (Medford, NY) to face the Raiders in a Section 11 AA-1 test on Monday, September 9. The Raiders go into the test with a record of 2-0. Patchogue-Medford won 3-0 in their recent league test against Central Islip (Central Islip, NY)

The Wildcats now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ward Melville for a Section 11 AA-1 test on Monday, September 9.
