In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Bush Blazers volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the University Prep Pumas.

With the win, Bush improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Blazers travel to Fort Bend Hightower (Missouri City, TX) to face the Hurricanes in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. The Hurricanes go into the test with a record of 1-0.

The Pumas now sport a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tyee for a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. University Prep will face a Titans squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Overlake (Redmond, WA). The Titans record now stands at 0-1.
