The Point Loma Pointers (San Diego, CA) volleyball tipped the host Mt. Carmel Sundevils (San Diego, CA), 2-1 in Saturday's non-league match.
Next up, the Pointers battle the San Pasqual Golden Eagles (Escondido, CA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 6. Point Loma will attempt to move on its 11-6 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the match with a 0-1 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Maranatha Christian (San Diego, CA).
The Sundevils (0-4) will now prepare for their match against Rancho Bernardo (San Diego, CA). The Broncos enter the non-league match with a 5-3 record. In their last match, Rancho Bernardo held off Poway (Poway, CA), 2-0, in a non-league match.
