In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting West Valley Eagles volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Vanden Vikings.
The Eagles (14-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Enterprise (Redding, CA). The Hornets go into the non-league test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Enterprise went down by West Valley (Cottonwood, CA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
The Vikings now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Valley for a non-league test on Saturday, September 6. Vanden will face a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Gridley (Gridley, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-0.
