The Mannford Pirates softball team scored 3 runs and held the host Jenks Trojans to 2 in the Pirates non-league win on Saturday.
The Pirates now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bixby for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 6. Mannford will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 6-0 non-league win over Haskell (Haskell, OK). The Spartans record now stands at 8-8.
The Trojans (10-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Mannford (Mannford, OK). The Pirates go into the non-league challenge with a 10-3 record. In their last challenge, Mannford held off Jenks (Jenks, OK), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
