Ballard Memorial Bombers (Barlow, KY) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Mayfield Cardinals (Mayfield, KY), 3-0 in a league challenge.

The Bombers (11-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Livingston Central (Smithland, KY). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 5-4 record. In their last test, Livingston Central went down by University Heights (Hopkinsville, KY), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Cardinals now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Community Christian for a non-league test on Monday, September 8.
