In Saturday's non-league test, the visiting Bureau Valley Storm volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Rockford East E-Rabs.

With the win, Bureau Valley upgrades its record to 2-7 on the campaign. The Storm travel to Morrison (Morrison, IL) to play the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, September 6. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 4-3. Morrison won 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Bureau Valley (Manlius, IL)

The E-Rabs (3-8) will now prepare for their game against Newman Central Catholic (Sterling, IL). The Comets go into the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Newman Central Catholic gained a win over Mendota (Mendota, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
