California High School Volleyball - Kennedy edged by Granada Hills Charter

Granada Hills Charter Highlanders (Granada Hills, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA), 1-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Granada Hills Charter improves its record to 5-5 on the season. The Highlanders travel to Grant (Van Nuys, CA) to face the Lancers in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Lancers go into the test with a record of 2-2.

The Cougars now own a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Fernando for a Valley Mission challenge on Monday, September 8. Kennedy will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Panorama (Panorama City, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 2-2.
