Nebraska High School Volleyball - Guardian Angels Central Catholic over Oakland-Craig

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Guardian Angels Central Catholic Bluejays (West Point, NE) and the host Oakland-Craig Knights (Oakland, NE), observed Guardian Angels Central Catholic's volleyball team top Oakland-Craig by a count of 2-0.

The Bluejays (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against North Bend Central (North Bend, NE). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, North Bend Central notched a victory over Bancroft-Rosalie (Bancroft, NE), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Knights battle the Wayne Blue Devils (Wayne, NE) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 6. Oakland-Craig will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Blue Devils go into the test with a 4-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over West Point-Beemer (West Point, NE).
