In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host Hancock Hawks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the New Hope Trojans.

The Hawks (18-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Presbyterian Christian (Hattiesburg, MS). The Bobcats come into the non-league challenge with a 8-2 record. In their last game, Presbyterian Christian gained a win over St. Patrick (Biloxi, MS), 3-2, in a league game.
