The Plainsmen now possess a 9-0 record. They play next when they travel to Greeley County for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 6. Oakley will clash with a Jackrabbits team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Weskan (Weskan, KS). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Sublette drops to 0-4 on the campaign. The Larks travel to Lakin (Lakin, KS) to clash with the Broncs in a Hi-Plains bout on Tuesday, September 9. The Broncs come into the bout with a record of 2-1. Lakin won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Ulysses (Ulysses, KS)
