O'Neill Raiders (Highland Falls, NY) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Wallkill Panthers (Wallkill, NY), 1-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, O'Neill improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Raiders travel to Chester (Chester, NY) to encounter the Hambletonians in a non-league test on Monday, September 8. The Hambletonians go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Panthers now own a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rondout Valley for a MHAL test on Tuesday, September 9. Wallkill will encounter a Ganders squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mount Academy (Esopus, NY). The Ganders record now stands at 0-2.
