Prairie City Panthers (Prairie City, OR) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Wallowa Cougars (Wallowa, OR), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers (6-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Joseph (Joseph, OR). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Joseph beat Pilot Rock (Pilot Rock, OR), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cougars meet the Joseph Eagles (Joseph, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 6. Wallowa will attempt to upgrade on its 0-10 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Pilot Rock (Pilot Rock, OR).
