Nebraska High School Volleyball - Lewiston can't hold off Tri County

In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Tri County Trojans volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Lewiston Tigers.

The Trojans (3-3) will now prepare for their battle against Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, Fillmore Central was edged by Milford (Milford, NE), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Diller-Odell Griffin (Odell, NE) in a D2 District 1 match, on Thursday, September 9. Lewiston will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Griffin come into the match with a 3-3 record after their 3-0 league loss to Sacred Heart (Falls City, NE).
