The Dixon Rams volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Mira Loma Matadors to 0 in the Rams league victory on Wednesday.
The Rams now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Orland for a non-league game on Saturday, September 10. Dixon will meet a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over River Valley (Yuba City, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 8-0.
The Matadors (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA). The Raiders enter the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Rio Americano gained a win over El Camino (Sacramento, CA), 2-0, in a league game.
