The Whirlies go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Grimsley won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against East Forsyth (Kernersville, NC)

The Bison now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Rockingham County for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 8. High Point Central will play a Cougars squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 1-0.
