The Bobcats now sport a 5-7 record. They play next when they host Pickens for a 3A Region 7 match on Thursday, September 8. Gilmer will face a Dragons squad coming off a 10-2 non-league win over Cass (White, GA). The Dragons record now stands at 9-6.

With the loss, Southeast Whitfield County moves to 2-7 on the season. The Raiders travel to Heritage (Ringgold, GA) to face the Generals in a 4A Region 7 match on Thursday, September 8.
