Maryland High School Volleyball - Bishop McNamara edged by St. John's

The St. John's Cadets held off the host Bishop McNamara Mustangs volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Wednesday's league test.

The Cadets now have a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Archbishop Spalding for a non-league test on Friday, September 9. St. John's will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Glen Burnie (Glen Burnie, MD). The Cavaliers record now stands at 1-0.

The Mustangs (0-1) will now prepare for their test against The Academy of the Holy Cross (Kensington, MD). The Tartans enter the Washington Catholic test with a 0-0 record.
