The Lowell Catholic Crusaders topped the host Greater Lawrence Tech Reggies volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Wednesday's league test.

The Crusaders now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Essex North Shore Agric & Tech School for a non-league test on Friday, September 9.

The Reggies (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Whittier RVT (Haverhill, MA). The Wildcats enter the Commonwealth Upper test with a 0-0 record.
