The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the School of the Arts Silverhawks (Rochester, NY) and the host Monroe Red Jackets (Rochester, NY), saw School of the Arts's volleyball squad beat Monroe by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, School of the Arts upgrades its record to 2-0 on the year. The Silverhawks host Early College (Yonkers, NY) to play the Sharks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 12. The Sharks go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Early College lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against McQuaid Jesuit (Rochester, NY)

The Red Jackets now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host North Rose-Wolcott for a non-league bout on Friday, September 8. Monroe will play a Cougars squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Midlakes (Clifton Springs, NY). The Cougars record now stands at 0-1.
