In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Reagan Raiders volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Bishop McGuinness Villains.
The Raiders (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Parkland (Winston-Salem, NC). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 3-5 record.
Next, the Villains clash with the Uwharrie Charter Eagles (Asheboro, NC) in a non-league battle, on Monday, September 11. Bishop McGuinness will attempt to advance on its 4-4 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 2-4 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Randleman (Randleman, NC).
