The Wheatland Pirates topped the visiting Center Cougars volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Pirates now have a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lindhurst for a test on Monday, September 11. Wheatland will confront a Blazers team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Marysville (Marysville, CA). The Blazers record now stands at 1-3.

The Cougars (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Twelve Bridges (Lincoln, CA). The Raging Rhinos enter the test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Twelve Bridges was knocked off by Bear River (Grass Valley, CA), 2-0, in a league test.
