The Piedmont Panthers topped the visiting Central Academy Cougars volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Panthers now have a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central Cabarrus for a non-league test on Monday, September 11.
The Cougars (0-6) will now prepare for their test against Queen's Grant (Matthews, NC). The Stallions enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Queen's Grant was knocked off by Carmel Christian (Matthews, NC), 2-0, in a non-league test.
