The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Western Guilford Hornets (Greensboro, NC) and the visiting Page Pirates (Greensboro, NC), saw Western Guilford's volleyball squad beat Page by a tally of 3-0.
The Hornets now have a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southeast Guilford for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 12.
The Pirates (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Nighthawks enter the non-league game with a 7-0 record. In their last game, Northern Guilford gained a win over Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC), 2-0, in a non-league game.
