Next, the Vikings confront the Connellsville Falcons (Connellsville, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 11. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 2-2 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Uniontown (Uniontown, PA).

The Scotties now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Waynesburg Central for a WPIAL AA 3 challenge on Tuesday, September 12. Southmoreland will confront a Raiders team coming off a 2-1 league loss to Washington (Washington, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 2-5.
