Kingston Redskins (Kingston, OK) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Marietta Indians (Marietta, OK), 17-4 in a non-league challenge.
The Redskins now sport a 8-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Frederick for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, September 12.
With the loss, Marietta falls to 3-18 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Wilson (Wilson, OK) to face the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Monday, September 11. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 13-10.
