The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Anderson Raptors (Cincinnati, OH) and the host Milford Eagles (Milford, OH), saw Anderson's volleyball squad beat Milford by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Anderson upgrades its record to 3-2 on the year. The Raptors host Walnut Hills (Cincinnati, OH) to play the Eagles in a Eastern Cincinnati bout on Monday, September 11. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Walnut Hills lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Lebanon (Lebanon, OH)

The Eagles now own a 2-5 record. They play next when they host Harrison for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 9. Milford will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Mercy McAuley (Cincinnati, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-2.
