The Baxter topped the host Collins-Maxwell volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Thursday's league test.
The now have a 3-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glidden-Ralston for a non-league test on Monday, September 11. Baxter will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Audubon (Audubon, IA). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-0.
The (1-3) will now prepare for their test against Belle Plaine (Belle Plaine, IA). The Plainsmen enter the non-league test with a 4-4 record. In their last test, Belle Plaine was knocked off by Vinton-Shellsburg (Vinton, IA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
