The Bulldogs (12-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Waterloo (Waterloo, AL). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Waterloo defeated Cherokee (Cherokee, AL), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bobcats encounter the Tharptown Wildcats (Russellville, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 9. Phil Campbell will attempt to move on its 2-7 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 3-12 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Belgreen (Russellville, AL).
