The Calvary Day Cavaliers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Long County Blue Tide to 0 in the Cavaliers league victory on Thursday.

The Cavaliers now have a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Vincent's for a 3A Area 3 game on Monday, September 11. Calvary Day will meet a Saints team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Hilton Head Christian Academy (Hilton Head Island, SC). The Saints record now stands at 12-4.

The Blue Tide (2-9) will now prepare for their game against Pierce County (Blackshear, GA). The Bears enter the non-league challenge with a 12-6 record.
