The The King's Academy Knights volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Cherokee Christian Warriors to 0 in the Knights non-league victory on Thursday.

The Knights now possess a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cornerstone Prep Academy for a GAPPS DI-AAA Region 1 game on Friday, September 8. The King's Academy will meet a team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Cherokee Christian (Woodstock, GA). The record now stands at 8-5.

The Warriors (5-10) will now prepare for their game against Pinecrest Academy (Cumming, GA). The Paladins enter the non-league game with a 8-4 record. In their last game, Pinecrest Academy was dropped by Fideles Christian (Cumming, GA), 3-0, in a league game.
