The Cloverleaf Colts held off the host Woodridge Bulldogs volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Thursday's league test.

The Colts now have a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chippewa for a non-league contest on Saturday, September 9. Cloverleaf will battle a Chipps squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Rittman (Rittman, OH). The Chipps record now stands at 7-3.

With the loss, Woodridge drops to 4-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Streetsboro (Streetsboro, OH) to battle the Rockets in a Portage Trail - Metro contest on Tuesday, September 12. The Rockets come into the contest with a record of 4-4. Streetsboro lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Chagrin Falls (Chagrin Falls, OH)
