California High School Volleyball - Foothill over Natomas

Foothill Mustangs (Sacramento, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Natomas Nighthawks (Sacramento, CA), 3-0 in a league game.

The Mustangs now have a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mesa Verde for a non-league game on Tuesday, September 12. Foothill will meet a Mavericks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Pioneer (Woodland, CA). The Mavericks record now stands at 1-8.

The Nighthawks (1-8) will now prepare for their game against Cordova (Rancho Cordova, CA). The Lancers enter the Greater Sacramento game with a 0-7 record. In their last game, Cordova dropped by West Campus (Sacramento, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
